The Morning Swim Show, Oct. 22, 2009: Drury College Swimmers on Division II Dominance; Peek Into Arizona State’s Stretching Routine

PHOENIX, Arizona, October 22. TWO swimmers on the NCAA championship team from Drury College, and a look inside some stretching routines at Arizona State University are the highlights of today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Host Peter Busch talks with NCAA champion Apple Qing Li and rising star Jun Han Kim about the reasons why they chose to swim at Division II school Drury, even though they could possibly do well at a Division I school. They also discuss their team's dynamic and why they enjoyed the combined men's and women's NCAA meet last March. Garrett McCaffrey goes into the weight room at Arizona State to find out what types of post-workout stretching the swimmers do and why ice baths are also part of the regiment.
