The Morning Swim Show, Nov. 22, 2010: Simon Burnett Talks About First Satisfactory Swim in Four Years

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 22. SIMON Burnett is still riding a high after winning the silver medal in the 100 freestyle at the Commonwealth Games, and on today's edtion of The Morning Swim Show he talks about his emotions after his first truly satisfactory swim in nearly four years.

Burnett had not been swimming up to standards since winning the 100 free at the 2006 Commonwealth Games and setting the U.S. Open record in the 200-yard freestyle, and he talks about what has changed for him training with the postgraduate team at the University of Arizona. This turnaround in performance has made Burnett the leader on a potential medal hope for Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics.
