The Morning Swim Show, Nov. 2, 2009: Geoff Huegill on the Comeback Trail; Misty Hyman Talks about Pre-Race Prep

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 2. OLYMPIC medalist Geoff Huegill join today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about the progress he's made on the comeback trail, and an Olympic champion talks about settling pre-race jitters.

Huegill, who won two medals at the 2000 Olympics, talks about the benefits of getting back into shape, from losing more than 100 pounds to feeling better mentally about his future, which he hopes will include a trip to the 2010 Commonwealth Games. In today's Tip of the Week, Olympic gold medalist Misty Hyman, now a coach at Shadow Mountain High School, talks about the advice she gives her swimmers on staying calm before a race, similar to the actions she took before winning gold in the 200 fly in the Olympics.
