The Morning Swim Show: Michael Phelps Discusses Foundation Tour; Dagny Knutson Talks About New High School Records; Kickapoo High School Coach and Swimmer Talk About Success at State Meet

PHOENIX, Arizona, November 20. HIGH school swimming is the focus of Thursday's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

The show begins with an interview with Michael Phelps on the red carpet at Monday's Golden Goggle Awards in New York City. Michael talks in detail about traveling the country to promote his foundation, how much swimming he's done since the Olympics and getting a horse named after him.

Last weekend, Dagny Knutson took down three national high school records, and she talks with host Peter Busch about the swims and whether or not those times were long-term goals after a great summer of swimming. She also explains her coaching situation in North Dakota and what competitions are ahead for her in the coming months.

Also, Morning Swim Show associate producer Jeff Commings interviews Jason Hite and Matt Maurer, the coach and swimmer of the meet at the Missouri high school state championships. Both of them talk about the great team atmosphere they created at Kickapoo High School and how it helped them to a second-place finish at the meet.
