The Morning Swim Show, May 30, 2011: Troy Dumais Working Hard to Achieve Perfection at World Championships

PHOENIX, Arizona, May 30. TODAY'S edition of The Morning Swim Show features an interview with diver Troy Dumais, who is preparing to compete in his seventh world championships.

Dumais is working on a difficult dive that is one of the toughest on the list for the three-meter springboard. He talks about training for the dive, as well as how he and synchro partner Kristian Ipsen keep in touch about their training despite living in different states. He also talks about how he's working to improve his mental state during competitions, saying he dives better when he's calm and focused on the dive at hand.
