The Morning Swim Show: Kirsty Coventry Talks About Her First World Record; J.R. Rosania Gives Tips on Dryland Activities

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 19. THE Tuesday edition of The Morning Swim Show summarizes the surprisingly fast swimming that took place over the weekend in the United States and Australia, where three world records were broken in two days.

One of those world records was broken by Zimbabwe's Kirsty Coventry, who erased a 16-year-old standard in the 200 back by swimming a 2:06.39 at the Missouri Grand Prix. Coventry calls into The Morning Swim Show shortly before returning to Austin, Texas, to continue training for the Beijing Olympics.

The show ends with a segment from Swimming World Magazine's Official Fitness Trainer – J.R. Rosania, who takes the viewers through the process of working with a trainer before a dryland or fitness program is established.
