The Morning Swim Show, July 29, 2010: Dana Vollmer Ready to Compete at USA Swimming Nationals

PHOENIX, Arizona, July 29. DANA Vollmer is ready to compete at next week's USA Swimming nationals, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show she talks about her goal of swimming all best times in the 100 free, 200 free and 100 fly.

Vollmer's 100 fly is the fastest in the world right now, and she talks about the physical changes she's made to her stroke, and why her freestyle hasn't been as solid as her butterfly. Also, she talks about her wedding plans and why it's good that it keeps her distracted. Watch the full show in the video player below and visit Swimming World.TV for more video interviews.
