The Morning Swim Show, February 12: High School Record Roundup, Nutrition Advice

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 12. THE Tuesday edition of The Morning Swim Show features a look at the five national high school records broken last weekend, as well as the new American record set by Peter Vanderkaay in the 500-yard freestyle.

After recapping the records broken in Texas, Georgia and Indiana, host Brent Rutemiller talks with Jenny Connolly, one of the five high school swimmers who set new records. Connolly broke the public school record in the 100-yard backstroke and talks about the reception at her school and her upcoming preparation for Olympic Trials and college.

In the "Technique & Tips" segment, sports nutritionist Dawn Weatherwax-Fall gives high school athletes advice on working with professionals to help them understand their exercise and dietary needs.
