PHOENIX, Arizona, February 8. STANFORD junior Samantha Woodward has never lost a dual meet. She has become one of the top sprinters on the number one team in the country, and one year after losing Elaine Breeden and Julia Smit, Woodward thinks the Cardinal are in a better position to win the NCAA title this year.
