PHOENIX, Arizona, December 3. ROB Holderness is enjoying a great senior year so far at Florida State, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show he talks about the challenges he will face on his quest to win the NCAA title in the 200 breaststroke.

Holderness, who has the fastest time in the country now in the 200 breast, talks about how he's finally adjusted to training in the United States after growing up in the United Kingdom, plus what it was like to finally beat the University of Florida in a dual meet.
