The Morning Swim Show, August 29, 2012: Phillip Davis Set to Realize Dream of Coaching in NCAA Division I


PHOENIX, Arizona, August 29. IN five years, the University of the Incarnate Word will become a Division I school in the NCAA, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show head swim coach Phillip Davis describes the challenges he'll face and goals he has set for the transition period from being a Division II school.

Davis also describes the process by which Incarnate Word began discussing the possibility of becoming a Division I school, and details the hard work ahead of them in terms of being able to compete with other Division I schools in Texas, such as Texas A&M and the University of Texas.
