PHOENIX, Arizona, August 5. RYAN Cochrane will be part of a major matchup in the 1500 freestyle at the Pan Pacific championships, and on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, the Olympic bronze medalist talks about his preparation for racing Olympic champion Ous Mellouli.

Cochrane talks about his long-term goal of breaking Grant Hackett's world record in the mile, what it feels like to be the only person under the 15-minute barrier so far this year. He also discusses one of his toughest training sets and how he'd feel about a network where distance swimmers share sets.
