PHOENIX, Arizona, August 4. GEMMA Spofforth is on her way to Hungary to compete at the European championships, but before she left, she talked to Peter Busch for today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

Spofforth, the reigning 100 back world champion and world record holder, talks about her physical preparation leading into the meet, why she won't be fully rested and why she is thinking of adding freestyle to her repertoire for the 2012 Olympics.
