Texas Senior Circuit, College Station: Jimmy Feigen Wins 100 Free

COLLEGE STATION, Texas, May 18. THE first night of swimming kicked off at the Texas Senior Circuit stop in College Station, Texas. The meet is serving as a tune-up for some Texas-based swimmers, as well as a stop for Dara Torres prior to the U.S. Olympic Trials.

Jimmy Feigen popped a strong time of 49.24 in the men's 100 free for the win, beating out UT teammate Dax Hill for the title. Hill touched a distant second in 51.00 after posting a 50.86 in prelims. Charlie Moore earned third in 51.28. Longhorn's Karlee Bispo topped the women's 100 free in 56.28, while Arlene Semeco of SoFlo took second in 56.54. Samantha Tucker clinched third in the event with a 57.52.

Texas' Laura Sogar cruised to victory in the women's 200 breast with a 2:27.77. American record holder Breeja Larson of Aggie placed second in 2:31.36, while Spindrift Beck picked up third in 2:35.18. Eric Friedland claimed the men's 200 breast crown in 2:20.05. Nick D'Innocenzo (2:21.12) and Austin Nguyenphu (2:25.08) completed the top three.

Cammile Adams clipped Susana Escobar, 4:19.28 to 4:19.47, in the women's 400 free. Colleen Konetzke earned third in 4:24.00. Jake Ritter claimed the men's 400 free in 3:55.81. Jonathan Roberts (4:04.84) and Reid Walker (4:05.32) rounded out the podium.

Rainey White opened the evening with a 28.53 to 28.60 triumph over Longhorn Kelsey Amundsen in the women's 50 fly. Aggie's Emily Neubert placed third in 29.38. Neil Caskey beat out Tripp Cooper, 25.26 to 25.40, in the men's 50 fly. Devin Ross finished third in 25.41.

AAAA's Anna Mayfield picked up the women's 200 back title in 2:18.42, edging Katlin Sepp's second-place 2:18.44. Jana Ruimerman wound up third in 2:19.83. Aaron Greene dominated the men's 200 back with a 2:02.97, while Nick Allen (2:07.38) and Ian LeMaistre (2:07.54) took second and third.
