KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, December 5. TIFFANY Elias and Jeff Commings discuss the first night of the 2013 AT&T Winter Nationals. This is a special meet because it is the same format as the NCAA’s. This means it’s only 3 days long instead of 4 and a very different order of events from the typical USA Swim meets.
