BERN, Switzerland, June 21. A foursome of swimmers were announced today as members of Switzerland's World Championship roster with just a month or so to go until the meet begins in Barcelona.

Dominik Meichtry, Swann Oberson, Lukas Rauftlin and Martin Schweizer will be competing for the Swiss in Barcelona, while team coaches will be Steffen Liess, Elena Nembrini and Dirk Reinicke.

Rauftlin will be entered into both the 100 and 200-meter backstroke events, while Meichtry earned his spot in the 200-meter freestyle event. Schweizer has the lightest schedule with just the 50-meter breaststroke, while Oberson could make a run as a variety of open water crowns in Barcelona.

Additionally, Switzerland has an arrangement to work with the small country of Liechtenstein to work with its federation as well. As such, Julia Hassler and Chirstoph Meier will also be part of the Swiss contingent, but will represent Liechtenstein in Barcelona.
