SwimmingWorld.TV Presents Coverage of the 2010 Jimi Flowers Swim Classic

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, June 25. THIS weekend, SwimmingWorld.TV will present on-demand coverage of the 2010 Jimi Flowers Swim Classic. The meet is taking place at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colo.

The Paralympic swim meet, created to honor the memory of former U.S. Paralympic Coach Jimi Flowers, is an IPC certified event. That means Paralympic world records are on the table and could be set throughout the weekend's activities.

"We are super excited to be able to showcase this meet," Swimming World's Jason Marsteller said. "The Paralympic swimming community is underserved when it comes to attention, and we are grateful that the USOC Paralympic division is allowing us to present this amazing group of athletes to the larger swimming community. Without people like Beth Bourgeois, Jeannine Hansen, Dave Denniston and Tamera Bransford, this opportunity to promote Paralympic swimming would have been missed."

We would also like to extend a special thanks to Swimming World Female World Disabled Swimmer of the Year Mallory Weggemann and her father Chris for capturing this great meet for the world to witness this weekend.
