Peaceful Coexistence:

How can high school and club coaches work together for both teams to produce the best results?

Club swimmers across the country count down the days until high school season, the few months each year when they get to compete with classmates who swim for different programs during the rest of the year or, perhaps, even don’t swim year-round at all.

But for their club coaches, high school season can mean an unfortunate distraction from training and from swimmers’ larger goals in regional or national-level competition. More than a few coaches have even been known to pressure their athletes into taking a pass on high school season.

To find out which works best, Swimming World got in touch with successful club and high school coaches in Florida, Ohio and Cali- fornia—three states that perpetually populate Swimming World’s National High School Championships.

If you are looking for a particular style, then you might
have more luck looking online at auction and sales sites like e-bayand Etsy

Its design is widely popular with the younger generation. This relates to
their ability, more developed for some less devrloped for
others, too match certain details in order to make things a little more special.
