PHOENIX, Arizona, December 18. IN a reflection of the moving target that dictates what is good or not in recruiting, Swimming World has updated its USA Swimming Long Course Junior National Cuts within the College Recruit Rankings powered by Take Your Marks.

Previously, the 2008 cuts were an integral part of the system. However, today, we updated the system to include the 2009 cuts for the meet.
