SwimAmerica To Offer Support For Clubs, Swim Schools Partnering with Streamline Brands

SwimAmerica, the learn to swim division of The American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) announced last week at the world clinic that it will be offering a significant new level of support to its affiliated coaches and swim schools. Beginning October 1, in a partnership with Streamline Brands®, Swim America will offer administrative and customer service support services for Swim America affiliates. These services will give Swim America operators the opportunity to dramatically simplify their swim school operations while driving higher levels of customer satisfaction in their operation.

Services offered will include:
• Customer service center able to handle all parent/customer calls, emails, registration and scheduling, staffed 7 days a week
• Complete billing and collection services
• Industry-wide business performance benchmarking
• A full featured CRM and operational software platform

These services will give Swim America affiliates the opportunity to spend the majority of their time doing what they love: coaching and teaching, and very little time managing the administrative responsibilities associated with their business.

“The swim industry is consistently challenged with the balance between spending time coaching students and managing the dramatic volume of interactions required to keep customers/parents informed and happy,” said Karen King, SwimAmerica Director of Operations. “Our affiliates have consistently asked us what we can do to help. Our partnership with Streamline Brands allows us to now bring enterprise level customer service to our affiliates. These services will be of particular help to SwimAmerica affiliates that are operating without a storefront, giving these organizations a ‘full time presence’ without the need to manage a full-time operation. We are thrilled to be able to now offer these services to our existing 700 + locations and future SwimAmerica partners.”

The service offering will first be launched in the US market, with the intent to expand globally in late 2019. Services will be based on the successful service model used by customers such as Quicksilver Swimming, SafeSplash Swim Schools, SwimLabs Swim Schools, and Swimtastic Swim Schools.

“Streamline Brands has demonstrated expertise in bringing efficiency and simplicity to the swim industry. When we were approached by the ASCA we immediately jumped at the opportunity to help coaches throughout the country,” said Matt Lane, CEO of Streamline Brands. “Many other industries have led the way in using shared services for customer service and administration. We are excited to have the chance to help Swim America bring the benefits of these services to swim. We currently handle over one million customer interactions a year and extending these services to the broader industry is compelling.”
