Split Time, July 10, 2010: Proposed Legislation to Help Protect USA Swimming Athletes

PHOENIX, Arizona, July 10. TODAY'S episode of Split Time focuses on the controversy surrounding USA Swimming's reaction to the media's focus on sexual abuse, featuring a conversation with four-time Olympic medalist David Berkoff.

Some swimming fans are complaining about the lack of action from the governing body, and some are taking matters into their own hands. Berkoff is one of the people trying to come up with solutions. He has proposed some legislation that he hopes USA Swimming will notice, and he talks with Split Time Host Garrett McCaffrey about it.
