GREENSBORO- Texas A&M’s Sarah Henry placed third in the 500 free on day one of NCAAs with an impressive 4:34.34. She’s a senior, so that was very well her final 500-yard free ever. She was thrilled with her race and has her focus shifted to the 400 IM and the mile. The 400 IM is her strongest event and she enters as top seed tonight with a 4:02.98.

Here she talks to Swimming World about keeping her mind in her own lane, her IM strategy, and her expectations for the Aggies at NCAAs.
