Russell Mark Added to Star-Studded Lineup at ASCA Legends of Texas Clinic at University of Texas-Austin, April 8-10

Stoke and data analysis expert Russell Mark will join Coaches Eddie Reese, Carol Capitani, Mitch Dalton, Jill Sterkel, Brendan Hanson and Colin Kennedy at this year’s Legends of Texas Clinic at the University of Texas at Austin, April 8-10, 2022.  Mark will also teach the ASCA Level 2 stroke school on Sunday, April 10, 1:00-6:00 p.m.

Additionally, Strength and Conditioning Coach Charlie Hoolihan and Leadership, Strategic Planning and Organizational Advisor Renata Pellino-Porter do talksPellino-Porter will present: The Five Components that Build Momentum Towards a Strong Culture and Successful Swim Club.

Coach participants will be given the unique opportunity to observe both University of Texas men’s and women’s practices on Friday, and then debrief with the coaches afterwards.  Pool demonstrations with athletes led by the UT coaches will take place Saturday at the Lee & Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center.  

The talks, as well as an exhibit hall, will be at the UT Recreational Sports Center, next to the swimming center.  The ASCA Level 2 stroke school taught by Russell Mark and a Swimming Strength and Conditioning workshop taught by Charlie Hoolihan will be at the AT&T Conference Center, a few blocks from the swimming center.
