Renowned Masters Coach Authors This Month’s Workout Card In Swimming World

PHOENIX, Arizona, May 9. KERRY O'Brien, long-time coach of the Walnut Creek Masters, is the creator of this month's Workout Card in the May issue of Swimming World.

O'Brien provides five days worth of workouts for our readers. Highlights include; workout of descending distance/increasing repeats, as well as a distance day lineup along with specialty race pacing.

In addition to specific workouts, a separate sample daily diet is included. This section contains some sound nutritional rules of the road to follow in order to maximize your performance in the pool.
