Relive February 27 Live Edition of The Morning Swim Show: Recapping Julia Smit’s 200 IM Record; John Lohn on Picking Texas to Win Men’s NCAAs; Stanford’s Paul Kornfeld on Defending Breaststroke Titles

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 27. TODAY’S live edition of The Morning Swim Show recapped Julia Smit’s American and NCAA record, and highlighted the predictions for the top 10 at next month’s men’s NCAA swimming and diving championships.

In case you missed our live show (airing each weekday at 10:30 a.m. MST), you can watch the video below and see host Peter Busch’s interview with John Lohn, who wrote the article picking Texas to win the men’s NCAA championships. Lohn talked about the difficulty in picking the top two teams, as well as deciding who should fill slots three through five.

Paul Kornfeld, a senior at Stanford, talked with Busch about the reasons why Stanford will be fighting hard to win the meet this year. He also talks about his dual citizenship and why it’s harder to defend a championship than win it the first time.
