PHOENIX, Arizona, February 20. TODAY’S live edition of The Morning Swim Show featured an interview with the executive director of United States Masters Swimming and two Masters swimmers making their marks in the pool.

In case you missed our live show (airing each weekday at 10:30 a.m. MST), you can watch the video below and see host Peter Busch’s interview with USMS Executive Director Rob Butcher, who talked about his goal in increasing the exposure of Masters swimming.

Masters swimmer Lois Kivi Nochman set four Masters world records two weeks ago, and she talked about starting in competition 17 years ago at age 68. She also talked about the changes since she was a young girl, when women didn’t have the same opportunities to compete in swimming as they do today.

Former USA national team member Keiko Price is slowly returning to competition, and she talks about her first competition in Masters and how swimming is fitting into her life as an academic advisor at Stanford University.
