PHOENIX, Arizona, April 21. TODAY'S live edition of The Morning Swim Show featured interviews with the head coaches of the top silver and bronze medal clubs in the USA Swimming National Club Excellence program.

In case you missed our live show (airing each weekday at 10:30 a.m. MST), you can watch the video below and see host Peter Busch's interview with Dan Flack, the head coach of the Baylor Swim Club. Flack talked about the advantages of having the swimmers come from a boarding school, how he trains his swimmers in and out of the pool and what advice he would give other coaches.

Matt Sprang, the head coach of the Greater Philadelphia Aquatic Club, talked about the transition his team has made in the past four years in terms of membership numbers and what his priorities are in terms of developing young swimmers.
