Psych Sheet Posted for FINA World Junior Championships

The psych sheet has been posted for this week’s FINA World Junior Championships. The meet runs Aug. 23-28 in Indianapolis.

The only medalist from the senior edition of the FINA World Championships who is entered in an individual event is Kristof Milak. After winning silver in the 100 fly Worlds and setting a Junior World Record, Milak is seeded first in that event as well as the 200 fly.

Other Junior World Record-holders entered in the meet include Russia’s Kliment Kolesnikov, Japan’s Rikako Ikee and Italy’s Nicolo Martinenghi. Australian backstroker Kaylee McKeown, who finished fourth in the 200 back in Budapest, will not attend the meet.

American Michael Andrew is the top seed in the 200 IM, 50 free and 50 fly, and he is also entered in both the 50 and 100 breast and the 50 back. Regan Smith, also a finalist in the 200 back at Worlds, highlights the U.S. women’s team.
