The second day of the 2018 ACC-B1G Challenge saw some more fast racing with almost every event posting the number one time in the nation this year. Michigan’s Siobhan Haughey put up the nation’s top time in the 200 free defeating the two-time defending NCAA champion Mallory Comerford of Louisville and the ACC.

Indiana’s Lilly King also put up a very strong 57.85 in the 100 breast to lead a 1-2-3 charge with the Big Ten as the breaststrokers in that conference made up half the field at NCAA’s a year ago in 2018. Minnesota’s Lindsey Kozelsky (58.70) and Purdue’s Jinq En Phee (59.93) finished second and third in the race.

Indiana’s Ian Finnerty also won the 100 breast with a very quick 51.54 as he is looking to repeat in the 100 breast at NCAA’s this season after breaking the American Record last year.

NC State’s Andreas Vazaios (1:42.44) won the 200 IM in the nation’s top time this season and Coleman Stewart won the 100 back with a very fast 45.04, faster than what he led the relay off with on Saturday night.
