Paul Yetter and Kate Lundsten Give Pep Talks At USA Swimming National Select Camp (Video)

COLORADO SPRINGS – Paul Yetter and Kate Lundsten have coached athletes to the Olympic Games, so they know a thing or two about motivation, goal-setting and hard work. Recently at the USA Swimming national select camp, the two served as head coaches to 64 athletes and before leading workouts on the second of three days, gave pep talks to inspire the future stars of the sport.
