The Pac-12 gets back into action after the holiday break with just one meet.

Arizona is hosting a quad that includes Rice, Northern Arizona and New Mexico State.

It is a good meet to get back into competition mode for the Wildcats as they prepare for Pac-12 competition.

With a coaching change and a turnover of athletes because of graduation and transfers, this is a key stretch to the season for Arizona’s women’s team, which is still ranked No. 17 in the national poll.

The Arizona men are ranked No. 16.

This is a perfect week for the Wildcats to prove they belong where they are in the rankings. They might even prove they should be ranked a little higher.
