Neuburger helped put together the 2004 short course worlds that took place in Indianapolis, and he says he knows the hard work British Swimming had to do before the first race.

In addition to talking about the live streaming coverage on WCSN, Neuburger discusses the innovative presentation the 2008 meet is using, saying it is "the future for major events," and will be the norm going forward. The atmosphere in Manchester, using spotlights and special lighting, is similar to what swimmers will see at the U.S. Olympic Trials.

"For the American athletes, the chance to be in an arena setting will be an asset for them," Neuburger said.
