PHOENIX, Arizona, September 24. WITH the United States Aquatic Sports Convention set to begin this week, SwimmingWorld.TV recently interviewed USA Swimming's President, Jim Wood to give an overview of the convention process for first time delegates.

The convention process ends when the House of Delegates meet on Saturday to vote on various issues. This year's proposed legislation packet, which can be seen here.
