Santa Rosa Masters Coach Hermine Terhorst knows what should and shouldn't be said around the pool deck. She has spent years teaching the basics of technique to master's swimmers, who often have their own preconceived notions of what words mean. But, in the pool, words are different! Terhorst says the three most commonly misused words are: Rotation, Drill and Breathe.
