Noah Woollweever Joins Oklahoma Christian’s Inaugural Class
NEW COMMIT: Oklahoma Christian University recently added Noah Woollweever to the roster for this year. He’ll be a part of the team’s inaugural class that will dive in this fall. In May Woollweever graduated from CrossRoads Homeschool Academy in Beckley, West Virginia. He swam for YMCA of Southern West Virginia Piranhas where he was a YMCA Nationals qualifier in the 2016 and 2017 short course and long course seasons.
He told Swimming World,
“I chose Oklahoma Christian University because it’s a great school academically & spiritually, where I can accomplish many things. Also, I know that under Coach Davis’ training I will be able to achieve many of my swimming goals, as well as have a great mentor towards my career goals as well.”
Woollweever plans to major in Sports, Wellness & Recreation Management. He shared that his “future plans include owning and coaching my own swim club, coaching at the collegiate level someday, and/or being a part of motivational swim clinics such as the Mutual of Omaha Break Out Clinics or Stronger, Fitter, Faster Clinics.”
