NCAA Releases Division III Psych Sheets and Invite List, Led by Defending Champions
The NCAA has announced the invited swimmers for the Division III Championships.
The meet will take place at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C., from March 20-23.
Rosters might have to be altered a bit for a few teams depending on diving with a team-limit of 18 athletes at the championships.
Full Psych Sheets and Team Invite List
Swimmers can compete in three individual events and four relays at the NCAA Championships, but can be entered in an additional relay at this point so teams can wait to make final relay decisions.
Defending national champion Emory has 18 swimmers invited on the men’s side, so the team will have to wait until diving regionals are over to finalize the roster.
Denison has 15 swimmers invited to the NCAA Championships, while MIT and the University of Chicago each have 12 and Williams has 11. Calvin, NYU, College of New Jersey, Tufts, WashU and Carnegie Mellon each have 10.
Denison is the defending women’s champion and has 16 invited athletes, not including diving.
Emory again has the maximum 18 NCAA qualifiers, while Kenyon has 17. Each team has multiple divers at regionals that could shake up the roster a little bit.
NYU has 15 qualifiers. MIT has 14 qualifiers, Pomona-Pitzer has 13, Tufts, Williams and Chicago have 12, Swarthmore has 11 while Johns Hopkins and WashU have 10.
