NCAA Mock Championship Scoring Update

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, December 3. USA Swimming statistician Anthony Buhr has been doing some stellar work with his swim geekery as part of USA Swimming’s twitter account @USASwimStats. One of his latest ventures has been to run the NCAA top times lists as if championship scoring rules applied. And, the numbers tell some interesting tales.

One thing to remember about the following information, Buhr does not factor in NCAA rules regarding amount of events a swimmer can compete in. It’s more from a USA Swimming angle where you can swim what you qualify to compete in. But, this is a great way to see how teams stack up against each other on a championship level give-or-take some points.
