Social media fans got to know him as “Speedo Man” because he wore a brief in the 200 breast final at juniors, but very few likely knew of his incredible journey just to be able to race at the meet. The 17-year-old talks about his type 1 diabetes diagnosis, learning he had Celiac disease and had to go on a gluten-free diet and how he had to adjust his training leading up to juniors. He also talks about the scary warning signs that first alerted him of his diabetes and how his friends and family support him every day. Be sure to visit SwimmingWorld.TV for more video interviews.
