Morning Swim Show: Major Goal Has Justin Zook Motivated For IPC Worlds

PHOENIX, Arizona, April 26. PARALYMPIC champion Justin Zook joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show shortly after qualifying for his fifth appearance at the IPC swimming world championships.

Zook, a three-time Paralympic champion in the 100 backstroke, talks about the major barrier he was unable to break in London, and how he's working on a strategy that should help him get through that barrier and break his own world record. He also discusses his move to Florida and the work he's doing there with young children at Miami Country Day Aquatics. He says working with the young kids has had a positive effect on his training, which began in earnest in January after some time away from the pool.
