PHOENIX, Arizona, June 25. ON today's edition of The Morning Swim Show, Luis Villanueva talks about his new position as high performance director for Swimming New Zealand.

Villanueva, who was previously the technical director for the Spanish swimming federation, talks about the team's training camp in Spain in the weeks before world championships, and why it was decided to have the squad spend so much time in Europe before the meet. He also details the challenges that lie ahead in bringing more international swimming medals back to New Zealand, and the differences in swimming cultures between Spain and New Zealand.
