Morning Swim Show, Jan. 9: Sebastien Rousseau Looking Forward to Championship Season

PHOENIX, Arizona, January 9. THE University of Florida men's team participated in a grueling day of training with the Air Force, and Sebastien Rousseau talks about the long-term effects of that day on today's edition of The Morning Swim Show.

In addition to reliving the experience of running on the beach, doing group push-ups and other exercises with his Florida teammates, Rousseau talks about the team's outlook for the championship season, especially after posting fast times in November. Rousseau took a year off from collegiate swimming to focus on making the Olympic team for South Africa, and he talks about the lessons he learned in that time, and what he's looking to do in his return to the NCAA championships.
