Morning Swim Show: Jack Conger Discusses Record-Breaking Weekend

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 1. JACK Conger joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to analyze his performances at last weekend's D.C. Metros championships.

Viewers will get the firsthand account of breaking a 29-year-old national high school record, and how Conger mentally prepared for the 500 free, including how long he put primary focus on the 500 free race and how much he says he rested for the meet. As every great swimmer does, Conger knows there are details he could improve to swim faster, and he looks forward to doing that next month at the NCSA junior nationals. He also talks about his other races at the meet, and his emotions over his 100 back and 100 freestyle races. Be sure to visit SwimmingWorld.TV for more video interviews!
