Morning Swim Show: CNN Show Set to Give Ozzie Quevedo’s New Team Big Exposure

PHOENIX, Arizona, May 15. NCAA champion swimmer Ozzie Quevedo joins today's edition of The Morning Swim Show to talk about an upcoming episode of CNN's “Fit Nation” that will feature his coaching staff and training facility in central Florida.

Quevedo, whose age-group team trains at the National Training Center in Clermont, Fla., talks about his team's involvement with the CNN show and how it could bring exposure to the facility that contains state-of-the-art testing equipment. Though the team has only been in existence for a little more than a year, Quevedo is already excited for the future, which could include bringing international teams to the facility for training and possibly a collaboration with USA Swimming. He talks about the logistics of starting a team from scratch and the renowned coaches who have helped guide him through the first year. Be sure to visit SwimmingWorld.TV for more video interviews.
