Michael Phelps is in the Building at Arena Grand Prix

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota, November 14. MICHAEL Phelps continues to put out messages that he’s nearing a comeback. This morning at the Arena Grand Prix in Minneapolis, Swimming World is told that Phelps took part in warmup activities in the diving well.

Later on, TakeItLive.TV, the people who stream USA Swimming’s events, provided us with a picture of him talking with NBAC head coach Bob Bowman while in street clothes.
