This is our first meet following our training trip and although our guys are a bit tired, I expect them to perform well and at a high level. There will be some great races with Arizona State. They have the top-ranked swimmer in the nation in the 400 IM in CJ Nuess and have two outstanding sprinters in Steve Neuwert and Mohammed Madwa, so you will see some great races there. Arizona State also has an excellent backstroker from Croatia in Ante Cvitkovic and a fantastic diver. Although we have considerably more depth, I expect this to be a very competitive meet.

Looking forward with Minnesota women's co-head coach Terry Nieszner
Arizona State has a great team and we feel like they should be ranked much higher than they are. We had a great training trip but we are extremely tired. However, I think that we can pull it together and have a strong meet. I really expect this to be an exciting and competitive meet.
