Markus Rogan Returns to Pool After Nightclub Fracas

VIENNA, Austria, September 12. MARKUS Rogan, the Austrian swimmer who recently sustained facial and foot injuries during a nightclub fight with bouncers, has returned to training according to the Associated Press.

Rogan stated that he will be training with American Peter Marshall at the Trojan Swim Club along with coach Dave Salo. He plans on taking part in the World Cup circuit and the European Short Course Championships this year.

"The training with (Marshall) means a daily challenge to me," Rogan said in a statement.

After the World Championships in Rome, Rogan ran into some trouble with bouncers at a nightclub. Rogan is on record saying that he was beat up by four bouncers after trying to go back into the club after being ordered to leave.
