Pascale, a competitor at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Swimming Trials, talks about his venture into mixed martial arts and why he sees swimmers as great candidates for the sport. He doesn’t incorporate his MMA fighting training exercises into the dryland routine for American University’s swim team, but he mentions some swimmers he thinks has a chance of success this season from their hard work in the pool.
