Job Posting: Swimming Division Vice President – Sparks Consulting

PHOENIX, Arizona, June 2. SPARKS Consulting is a guidance and college counseling firm that employs Olympians and previous recruiting coaches as guidance and college counselors to help kids find the right program and university for their character development in college.

We help families through the recruiting process by managing expectations, helping students identify their value sets, then working to match students with universities and programs who will appreciate and utilize those in their own way. We have a 96% first choice acceptance rate between junior national team members and average kids who merely love the sport. SCLLC also owns a summer camp and two dot com ventures.

We're Olympic sport focused – we started in rowing and are a small company working to help more kids find connection and growth in the sports they and we love – making things less stressful for families and collegiate recruiters while developing the sport as a whole. We're seeking a mixture of ambition, experience, and integrity in a potential swimming division head. Varied collegiate recruiting experience and above average standing in the collegiate swimming community are required.

The position will advise then potentially lead the firm into of collegiate swimming thereby also leading a team of former coaches of the candidate's selection. This position is virtually based and will start as part-time: salary for Division VPs is incentivized based on performance, with possibility of bonus and profit sharing across other sport divisions; equity sharing is also a potential based on division and overall firm performance.
