Industry News: USA Swimming Foundation All-Star Swim Clinic

LOS ANGELES, California, November 12. THIS weekend, the USA Swimming Foundation will be hosting an all-star swim clinic featuring U.S. National Team head coach Mark Schubert, Olympic champions Lenny Krayzelburg, Jason Lezak and Rowdy Gaines, as well as American record holding breaststroker Jessica Hardy.

As part of the clinic, attendees will get a morning workout led by Schubert, who has coached in seven Olympics and placed 38 of his swimmers on Olympic teams. Also, there will be an in-water clinic, featuring instruction in all four strokes, led by Gaines, Krayzelburg, Lezak and Hardy, who have combined to account for 11 Olympic medals and 39 U.S. National Titles.

Additionally, there will be a special presentation on Nutrition and Sports Medicine by USA Swimming's expert staff as well as a catered lunch and special gift.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 17 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the EXPO Swim Center, 3980 Menlo Ave, near the University of Southern California.
