Heat Sheets Posted for Day Three Prelims at FINA World Junior Champs

Check out the heat sheets for the third morning of competition at the FINA World Junior Championships in Indianapolis. The session begins at 9 a.m. ET.

Events scheduled include the women’s 50 fly, men’s 50 back, women’s 100 breast, men’s 100 free, women’s 200 back, mixed 400 free relay and men’s 800 free (slower heats).

Rikako Ikee will be the top seed in the women’s 50 fly before she goes for gold in the 100 free in the finals session, while Regan Smith will compete in that event before she takes on her signature event, the 200 back (where she is the top seed).

American Michael Andrew, a bronze medalist in the 100 breast Thursday evening, is the top seed in both the men’s 50 back and men’s 50 free, while Ireland’s Mona McSharry will try to hold off the strong American duo of Zoe Bartel and Emily Weiss in the women’s 100 breast.
